After a recent health scare, I made the decision to start a real lifestyle change and focus on healthier eating. I decided to order from Impact Kitchen in Summerhill through their app, and I was honestly so impressed. I was a bit overwhelmed with all the choices at first, but someone from their team actually called me to walk me through the menu and help me understand what would work best! That level of care is so rare. The food arrived fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed. I’m so happy to have a trustworthy option for healthy food on the go, especially during such an important transition in my life. Impact Kitchen is definitely going to be part of my new routine. Highly recommend!

I visited Impact Kitchen today and had a great meal. Everything was cooked perfectly specially falafel were really tasty. I asked who prepared it, and the staff told me it was made by Chef Sabin. He did a fantastic job! Really appreciate the effort—thank you, Chef Sabin.

I stopped by for breakfast today and ordered the breakfast burrito honestly one of the best I’ve had! The wrap looked amazing and it was packed perfectly. It filled both my heart and my stomach I asked who made it, and the server told me it was prepared by Abhinav. He did an excellent job! Thank you so much for such a delicious start to my day.
